• Winning entry or ticket reference, with personal information limited appropriately.
• Winner name or permitted public identifier where lawful and appropriate.

• Any redraw and reason.
• Prize status such as claimed, handed over or fulfilled.
• Winner image or video only where consent and promotional rules support it.

Winner transparency is balanced with data-protection requirements and applicable promotional rules.

Public information may be limited where privacy, safety or a valid objection requires it. Winner photographs or videos are used only where the relevant permissions support publication.

A result is not silently edited. If an administrative correction is needed, DR3AMS retains a record of the previous value, the correction, who made it and the reason.

DR3AMS retains result and draw records for a period that supports complaints, accounting, legal claims and integrity checks.

The public archive may use a different retention period where lawful and appropriate, while the underlying operational records remain subject to the Privacy Policy.
