• DR3AMS requires all customers to be aged 18 or over. We may use electronic age or identity verification services and may require you to complete additional verification, including an identity document or biometric check, where reasonably necessary.
• £250 per month credit-card cap. Credit cards are not accepted on instant wins.
• Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases are immediate.
• Temporary suspensions are 6 months minimum. Shorter pauses are also available.
• You can use Mindful Play controls to set limits, pause participation, stop marketing or close your account.

Set a personal monthly limit that is comfortable after essential bills, savings and other commitments. A limit of £0 is appropriate if you do not want to spend on entries.

Limit increases take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.

• Short pause: step away from entering for a defined period. Shorter pauses are available when you need time away without a full suspension.
• Temporary suspension: a minimum six-month block that prevents entries and suppresses promotional marketing during the suspension.
• Permanent closure: close the account and stop participation, subject to any records DR3AMS must retain.

You can opt out of promotional email, SMS and push notifications at any time. Promotional marketing is suppressed during a Mindful Play suspension so a break is not undermined by entry reminders or offers.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. DR3AMS applies payment restrictions required by law, applicable codes and the rules of the relevant competition.

Credit cards are not accepted on instant-win competitions. Where credit-card payments are accepted for other competitions, the monthly credit-card cap is £250.

Do not borrow money or use credit intended for essential spending to enter a prize competition.

• You are spending money needed for bills, food or debt payments.
• You are chasing losses or trying to win back previous spending.

DR3AMS may contact you, restrict activity or suspend an account where participation creates a credible player-protection, fraud, age or vulnerability concern.

An intervention is intended to protect customers and the integrity of the platform. Relevant decisions are recorded and can be raised through the Complaints Policy.

Stop entering and use the available account controls or contact Customer Support to request a pause, suspension, marketing opt-out or account closure.
