DR3AMS Terms & Conditions of Entry and Use

Last updated: 1 October 2026.

88 sections

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING DR3AMS OR ENTERING A COMPETITION.

These Terms & Conditions set out the rules which apply when you use DR3AMS, create or operate an account, enter one of our competitions, use a free entry route, participate in an instant win, win a prize or otherwise use the services provided by DR3AMS Digital Ltd.

By creating an account or submitting an entry into a DR3AMS competition, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understand them and agree to be bound by them.

Sections 1–7

Starting out

Who DR3AMS is, where it operates, age limits, accounts and verification.

1. WHO WE ARE

DR3AMS is operated by DR3AMS Digital Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number [COMPANY NUMBER]. Our registered office is at [REGISTERED OFFICE].

DR3AMS Digital Ltd is the promoter of competitions offered through the DR3AMS website and app unless the relevant Competition Page clearly identifies another promoter.

References in these Terms to “DR3AMS”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean DR3AMS Digital Ltd. References to “you” and “your” mean the individual using DR3AMS or entering a Competition.

Our customer-facing brand is DR3AMS.

2. WHERE DR3AMS OPERATES

DR3AMS currently operates for eligible residents of Great Britain only.

For the purposes of these Terms, Great Britain means England, Scotland and Wales.

Residents of Northern Ireland are not eligible to enter DR3AMS competitions. Residents of the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or any country or territory outside Great Britain are also not eligible unless a Competition specifically states otherwise.

You must ordinarily reside in England, Scotland or Wales at the time you submit an Entry and at the time any Prize is awarded.

We may ask you to provide evidence of your residential address before allowing you to enter, withdraw funds, claim a Prize or continue using your account.

3. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old to create a DR3AMS account or participate in any Competition.

By creating an account or submitting an Entry, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

DR3AMS requires all customers to be aged 18 or over. We may use electronic age or identity verification services and may require you to complete additional verification, including an identity document or biometric check, where reasonably necessary.

If we discover that an Entry has been made by somebody under 18, that Entry will be invalid. Where appropriate, the relevant account will also be closed.

4. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER

Unless a particular Competition states additional requirements, you may enter a Competition where you are aged 18 or over, ordinarily resident in England, Scotland or Wales and otherwise comply with these Terms.

The directors and employees of DR3AMS Digital Ltd may not enter Competitions operated by DR3AMS.

We may also exclude contractors, suppliers, advisers or other individuals who have been directly involved in setting up, administering or determining the outcome of a particular Competition where allowing them to enter could create a conflict of interest or undermine the integrity of the Competition.

Where a Competition has additional eligibility requirements, these will be shown clearly on the relevant Competition Page before you enter.

5. YOUR DR3AMS ACCOUNT

You may need a DR3AMS account before you can enter a Competition.

When creating your account, you must provide complete, accurate and truthful information. Your account must be registered in your own name and using your own residential address, date of birth and contact details.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

You must not create an account in somebody else’s name, allow another person to operate your account, sell or transfer your account or deliberately provide false details.

Unless we specifically permit otherwise, each customer may hold only one DR3AMS account.

Creating multiple accounts to gain additional Entries, avoid Entry limits, avoid spending controls, claim multiple promotions or otherwise circumvent DR3AMS systems is prohibited.

6. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You should use a strong password and must not deliberately share your account credentials with another person.

If you believe that somebody has gained unauthorised access to your account, you should contact us as soon as possible.

We may temporarily restrict access to an account where we reasonably believe that its security has been compromised.

7. IDENTITY, AGE AND ADDRESS VERIFICATION

DR3AMS may carry out reasonable checks to verify your identity, age, address and eligibility.

These checks may take place when you create your account, when you make a payment, when your account activity requires additional verification or before a Prize is awarded.

We may use reputable third-party verification providers to assist us.

Where further evidence is required, we may ask you to provide documents such as a driving licence, passport, proof of address or other appropriate evidence.

A provisional winner will not become entitled to receive a Prize until any reasonable verification checks have been completed successfully.

Sections 8–17

Entering competitions

Competition formats, competition pages, paid and free entry, questions and entry numbers.

8. TYPES OF DR3AMS COMPETITION

DR3AMS may operate different types of Competition.

Some Competitions may provide a paid route alongside a qualifying free entry route. Other Competitions may rely on genuine skill, knowledge or judgement. We may also operate free-to-enter Competitions, instant wins, daily draws, weekly draws and other promotional formats.

The specific mechanics applying to each Competition will be explained on the Competition Page.

Nothing in these Terms means that every DR3AMS Competition must use exactly the same format.

9. THE COMPETITION PAGE

Every Competition will have its own Competition Page.

The Competition Page forms part of the agreement between you and DR3AMS and should be read together with these Terms.

Before entering, you should review the important information shown on that page. This will normally include the Prize being offered, the price of a Paid Entry, any applicable maximum number of Entries, any personal Entry limit, the Competition closing date, the intended draw date, the free entry route where applicable and any Competition-specific restrictions.

Where a particular Prize has restrictions which could reasonably affect somebody’s decision to enter, we will aim to make those restrictions clear before Entry.

10. HOW TO ENTER

The method of entering will be explained on the relevant Competition Page.

For a Paid Entry, you will normally select the Competition, choose the number of Entries you wish to purchase, answer any required Competition question, complete payment and receive confirmation that your Entries have been accepted.

An attempted transaction does not create a valid Entry.

A Paid Entry becomes valid only when the payment has been successfully authorised and our system records the corresponding Entry.

Where Entry numbers are used, they will be shown in your account or otherwise confirmed to you.

11. COMPETITION QUESTIONS

Some Competitions may require you to answer a question before your Entry can be accepted.

Where a question forms part of a Competition Entry process, the relevant Competition Page will explain what you need to do.

If a correct answer is required, an incorrect answer will not result in a valid Entry.

A Competition that is structured as a genuine prize competition based on skill, knowledge or judgement may use different Entry requirements. Where that happens, the specific judging or qualification mechanism will be set out clearly for that Competition.

12. FREE ENTRY

Where DR3AMS operates a chance-based Competition which offers both a Paid Entry and a Free Entry route, we will provide a genuine means of entering without paying DR3AMS for the Entry.

The Free Entry route will be explained on the relevant Competition Page and within our separate Free Entry Method information.

Valid Free Entries and valid Paid Entries will take part in the same Competition and will have the same opportunity of winning.

The winner-selection system will not intentionally distinguish between a valid Free Entry and a valid Paid Entry when selecting the winner.

A person who wins using a Free Entry will be entitled to the same advertised Prize as somebody who wins using a Paid Entry.

13. POSTAL FREE ENTRY METHOD

Where a postal route is used, Free Entries must be sent to the postal address specified by DR3AMS.

The current intended Free Entry address is:

DR3AMS Free Entry [FREE ENTRY ADDRESS]

The Competition Page and Free Entry Method will explain the information which must be included.

Unless we state otherwise, this will require enough information for us to identify you and the Competition you wish to enter. This will normally include your full name, date of birth, residential address, registered DR3AMS email address, telephone number, the name or reference of the Competition and the answer to any question required for that Competition.

Where separate postal Entries are required, each Entry must be sent separately.

You are responsible only for the ordinary cost of sending the communication. We will not require you to use premium postal services such as Special Delivery in order to make a Free Entry valid.

14. WHEN A POSTAL ENTRY IS RECEIVED

Posting an Entry does not mean that DR3AMS has received it.

A postal Entry is considered received when it reaches DR3AMS and can reasonably be processed into the relevant Competition.

You should therefore allow enough time for ordinary post to arrive before the applicable deadline.

DR3AMS will structure Free Entry arrangements with the intention of providing a genuine opportunity to use the Free Entry route.

We will not deliberately use timings which make it practically impossible to participate through the advertised Free Entry method.

15. INVALID FREE ENTRIES

A Free Entry may be rejected where the information required to process it is missing, illegible or incorrect.

It may also be rejected where it arrives after the relevant deadline, relates to a Competition which has already legitimately closed, contains an incorrect answer where a correct answer is required, exceeds an applicable Entry limit or has been submitted by somebody who is not eligible to enter.

We may also reject Entries which have been generated through fraud, automation or another deliberate attempt to circumvent these Terms.

We will not reject an otherwise valid Entry simply because it was made using the Free Entry route.

16. ENTRY NUMBERS

Where a Competition uses numbered Entries, each accepted Entry will be associated with an Entry number.

Depending on the Competition, the number may be chosen by you or allocated automatically by our system.

An Entry number is evidence of participation in a Competition. It does not have an independent cash value and cannot normally be transferred to another account or person.

Where an obvious technical problem causes the same number to appear incorrectly more than once, our underlying Competition records will determine the valid Entry allocation.

17. MAXIMUM ENTRIES

A Competition may have an overall maximum number of Entries.

We may also impose a limit on the number of Entries an individual customer can hold.

Where a personal Entry limit applies, it will be displayed on the Competition Page.

You must not use multiple accounts, another person’s account, false information or automated methods to avoid an Entry limit.

Where we reasonably establish that Entries have been obtained in deliberate breach of an Entry limit, we may treat the excess Entries as invalid and take appropriate action on the account.

Sections 18–26

Payments, dates and changes

Prices, payments, duplicate charges, refunds, closing dates and competition changes.

18. ENTRY PRICES

The price of a Paid Entry will be shown before you complete your purchase.

All DR3AMS prices are stated in pounds sterling unless we expressly state otherwise.

Different Competitions may have different Entry prices.

We may occasionally offer discounts, promotional Entry prices or other legitimate offers. Any important conditions applying to such an offer will be provided with the promotion.

19. PAYMENTS AND WALLET FUNDS

Paid Entries must be purchased using a payment method accepted by DR3AMS.

Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider.

A payment can be declined by DR3AMS or the payment provider where there are reasonable security, verification, fraud-prevention or payment-authorisation grounds for doing so.

If your payment fails, the corresponding Entries will not be valid unless our records show that the transaction was subsequently completed successfully.

Wallet funds you add yourself are held in your ordinary DR3AMS wallet for use towards eligible Competition Entries. A wallet top-up is a one-off payment. It is not a membership payment, deposit account or promise of a Prize.

You cannot withdraw a wallet top-up, ask us to exchange it for cash, transfer it to another customer or sell it. It remains in your ordinary wallet for use on the platform, subject to the provisions for valid payments, refunds and corrections in sections 20 and 21 and any rights which the law does not allow us to exclude.

Ordinary wallet funds are separate from DR3AMS Club Credit and any other membership credit. They do not qualify for the Club two times entry benefit. A Prize credited to the ordinary wallet is also separate from membership credit and does not qualify for that benefit.

Where checkout offers combined payment, eligible DR3AMS Club Credit may be used first, followed by ordinary wallet funds and/or a card payment for the same Competition order. The 2X benefit applies only when the whole order is paid entirely with eligible Club Credit. If ordinary wallet funds or a card pay any part of the order, it receives the standard number of Entries. Bonus ticket entitlements are separate and are not doubled by the Club multiplier.

20. DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT PAYMENTS

If you believe that you have been charged twice for the same intended transaction, charged incorrectly or charged without receiving the corresponding Entries, you should contact DR3AMS Support.

We will investigate using our payment and Entry records.

Where we identify a genuine duplicate charge or payment-processing error, we will correct it appropriately. This may involve issuing a refund or supplying the missing Entries where doing so is still fair and legally appropriate.

21. REFUNDS AND CHANGE OF MIND

Once an Entry has been validly accepted into a live Competition, it cannot normally be cancelled simply because you have changed your mind.

This reflects the nature of a Competition Entry and the fact that the service begins once your Entry is accepted and allocated to the Competition.

However, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

A refund may be appropriate where DR3AMS cancels a Competition, where you have been charged in error, where a duplicate payment has occurred or where another legal entitlement to reimbursement exists.

Further information about refunds is set out in these Terms and on the relevant Competition Page.

22. OPENING AND CLOSING DATES

Each Competition will have an opening period and a closing date or other clearly stated closing mechanism.

The closing date is an important part of the Competition and will be communicated before Entry.

DR3AMS will not extend a Competition merely because the number of Paid Entries sold is lower than expected.

We will not routinely change closing dates after a Competition has launched.

If exceptional circumstances make a change genuinely necessary, we will consider the interests of existing entrants and applicable consumer and advertising requirements before making that change.

Where a material change occurs, we will communicate it clearly.

23. COMPETITIONS WHICH SELL OUT

A Competition may close to new Entries before its stated closing date where a clearly disclosed maximum number of Entries has been reached.

Where this can happen, the maximum number of available Entries or the sell-out mechanic will be displayed before Entry.

We will operate any early sell-out mechanism in a manner which does not intentionally render an advertised Free Entry route ineffective.

The fact that a Competition has sold out does not by itself change the advertised Prize.

24. DRAW DATES

Each Competition will state its intended draw date or explain how the draw date will be determined.

We will aim to conduct the draw at the advertised time.

A draw may be delayed where there is a genuine technical, security, legal or operational issue which could affect the fairness or integrity of the Competition.

Where a material delay occurs, we will provide an update through the website, app or another appropriate channel.

25. CHANGES TO A LIVE COMPETITION

Once customers have started entering a Competition, DR3AMS will not materially change its rules simply because the Competition has performed differently from our commercial expectations.

A change may occasionally be required because of an event outside our reasonable control, a legal requirement, an obvious error, a serious technical problem or another exceptional circumstance.

Where we need to change a Competition, our objective will be to preserve fairness and avoid disadvantaging people who have already entered.

We will not use this provision as a general right to rewrite a Competition after Entries have been accepted.

26. CANCELLATION OF A COMPETITION

DR3AMS will not cancel a Competition simply because it has sold fewer Paid Entries than expected.

Cancellation will be reserved for circumstances where continuing would be impossible, unlawful or materially unfair.

Examples could include a severe technical failure that has compromised Competition integrity, a significant security incident, a legal requirement preventing the Competition from continuing or circumstances outside our reasonable control which make the advertised Prize genuinely impossible to provide and no reasonable solution is available.

If a Competition is cancelled, we will explain what this means for affected customers.

Where appropriate, Paid Entries will be refunded.

Sections 27–40

Prizes and winner selection

Prize descriptions, substitutions, cash and vehicle prizes, draw methods and integrity.

27. THE ADVERTISED PRIZE

The Prize available for a Competition will be described on the Competition Page.

DR3AMS intends to provide the Prize which it advertises.

We will not deliberately downgrade an advertised Prize because Entry revenue is lower than anticipated.

Any important restriction attached to the Prize will be made clear where it could reasonably affect somebody’s decision to enter.

Images may sometimes be illustrative, but we will not knowingly use an image which materially misrepresents the Prize.

28. PRIZE VALUES

Where we state an approximate Prize value, that figure is intended to help customers understand the value of the Prize when the Competition is launched.

Retail prices and market values can change.

A subsequent change in market value will not normally result in an increase or decrease in what the winner receives.

Where a specific cash amount is itself the Prize, the stated cash amount will apply.

29. PRIZE SUBSTITUTIONS

We will make reasonable efforts to supply the advertised Prize.

Occasionally, a Prize may become unavailable for reasons genuinely outside our reasonable control.

Where that happens, we may offer a reasonable substitute.

A substitute Prize should, so far as reasonably practicable, be comparable in nature and value to the original Prize.

We will not use this clause to replace an expensive advertised Prize with a substantially lower-value Prize because a Competition has generated less revenue than anticipated.

30. CASH ALTERNATIVES

A Prize does not automatically include a right to choose cash instead.

Where a cash alternative is available, this will normally be stated on the Competition Page. The payment options for a cash Prize are explained in section 31.

If we voluntarily offer a cash alternative after a Competition has opened, the winner may choose whether to accept it unless the Competition terms state otherwise.

Any advertised cash alternative will be described clearly enough for customers to understand the choice before entering.

31. CASH PRIZES

Where a cash Prize is worth £100 or less, inclusive of exactly £100, the verified winner may choose either a bank transfer to an account held in their name or an equivalent credit to their ordinary DR3AMS wallet. A cash Prize worth more than £100 will be paid by bank transfer to an account held in the verified winner’s name. A particular Competition Page may state further prize-specific details, but will not remove a choice provided by this section.

If a winner chooses ordinary wallet credit, that credit is part of the ordinary wallet balance. It is not DR3AMS Club Credit or membership credit and does not receive the Club two times entry benefit.

We may require reasonable identity and banking checks before releasing funds.

We will never require a genuine winner to pay DR3AMS a fee simply to release a cash Prize.

32. VEHICLE PRIZES

Where the Prize is a car, van, motorcycle or other vehicle, the Competition Page will provide material information about that vehicle.

This may include whether it is new or used, its model, approximate age, mileage and specification.

Unless the Competition specifically states that an additional cost is included, responsibility for insurance, fuel, charging, servicing, future road tax and other normal ownership costs passes to the winner after handover.

The winner must satisfy any legal requirements necessary to take possession of or use the vehicle.

Where collection is required, the location and reasonable arrangements will be explained to the winner.

33. HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL PRIZES

Travel Prizes may be subject to additional conditions imposed by airlines, hotels, tour operators or other suppliers.

We will identify material restrictions which are known when the Competition is promoted.

Unless specifically included in the Prize, the winner is responsible for passports, visas, travel insurance and personal expenditure.

The winner is also responsible for making sure that they and any travelling companion satisfy the entry requirements for the destination.

Where fixed travel dates apply, those dates will be made clear before Entry.

34. TECHNOLOGY, GOODS AND BUNDLES

Where a Prize consists of technology or other physical goods, we will describe the principal items as accurately as reasonably possible.

Manufacturer warranties may be provided directly by the manufacturer or supplier rather than DR3AMS.

Where a Prize consists of a bundle, individual components may arrive separately.

If an individual component becomes genuinely unavailable, the substitution provisions in these Terms will apply.

35. EXPERIENCE PRIZES

An experience Prize may be subject to reasonable safety or eligibility requirements imposed by the provider.

These may include age, health, licensing or similar conditions relevant to the experience.

Any significant restriction known to DR3AMS will be disclosed before Entry where it could materially affect participation.

36. TAX, INSURANCE AND ONGOING COSTS

Unless expressly included in the Prize description, DR3AMS does not pay a winner’s personal tax, insurance or other ongoing costs associated with owning or using a Prize.

DR3AMS does not provide individual tax or financial advice.

A winner should seek independent advice if receiving a Prize could affect their personal tax, benefits or financial position.

37. HOW WINNERS ARE SELECTED

After a chance-based Competition closes, the winner will be selected from the pool of valid Entries.

Valid Free Entries and valid Paid Entries will be included in the same selection process.

We will use a winner-selection method intended to produce a fair and random result.

This may involve a verifiably random computer process, an independently supervised method or another auditable process suitable for the Competition.

The winner-selection mechanism will not intentionally give a Paid Entry a greater chance of winning than an equivalent Free Entry.

38. DRAW INTEGRITY

DR3AMS will maintain appropriate records of winner selection.

Before a draw takes place, the eligible Entry pool will be finalised.

We may maintain records showing the Competition configuration, number of eligible Entries, winner-selection event and selected winning Entry.

Administrative access to draw systems will be restricted to authorised personnel.

Where appropriate for the Competition, winner selection may also be independently supervised, recorded or otherwise documented.

These Terms explain our intended draw-integrity process in more detail.

39. LIVE DRAWS

Some DR3AMS draws may be streamed or recorded for transparency and customer engagement.

Unless the Competition specifically says otherwise, a valid draw does not depend on a successful public livestream.

If a livestream experiences a technical problem but the underlying winner-selection process remains fair, secure and auditable, the broadcast problem will not automatically invalidate the draw.

We may publish a recording or confirmation of the result afterwards.

40. INSTANT WINS

DR3AMS may operate Competitions containing an instant-win element.

The Competition Page will explain the mechanic which applies.

An instant win may work by associating specific Entry numbers or another predetermined mechanism with individual Prizes before Entries are completed.

Where instant-win outcomes are predetermined, DR3AMS will not deliberately alter a genuine winning position after an Entry has been purchased or validly received.

Where an Entry also participates in a main draw, winning an instant Prize will not remove that Entry from the main draw unless we clearly state otherwise before Entry.

Sections 41–49

Instant wins and winners

Instant-win availability, technical errors, winner checks, claims, delivery and publicity.

41. INSTANT-WIN AVAILABILITY

Where appropriate, DR3AMS may show the number of instant Prizes originally available, the number already won or the number remaining.

There may occasionally be a short delay between a Prize being won and public information updating.

Any displayed remaining-Prize information should therefore be treated as current to the best of our system’s knowledge rather than as a contractual guarantee updated to the exact second.

42. TECHNICAL ERRORS AND INSTANT WINS

Where a serious technical problem appears to display an instant-win outcome incorrectly, DR3AMS will investigate the underlying records before confirming the Prize.

An obvious graphical or software display error will not create a right to a Prize where reliable underlying records demonstrate that the Entry was not a winning Entry.

Equally, DR3AMS will not rely on a minor technical discrepancy to deny a genuine winner where the underlying Competition records establish that the Entry won.

43. PROVISIONAL WINNERS

A person selected by the draw initially becomes a provisional winner.

The Prize will be confirmed once DR3AMS has established that the winning Entry is valid and that the person claiming it satisfies the eligibility requirements.

This allows us to carry out reasonable checks without undermining the integrity of the original draw.

44. CONTACTING WINNERS

We will use reasonable efforts to contact a provisional winner using the details registered on their DR3AMS account.

This may include contact by telephone, email, SMS, app notification or another reasonable method.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate.

Where we cannot reach a winner immediately, we will make reasonable further attempts before treating the Prize as unclaimed.

45. WINNER VERIFICATION

Before awarding a Prize, we may ask the winner to prove their identity, age, address and residency.

We may also verify ownership of the winning DR3AMS account and check that the Entry complied with these Terms.

Where a Prize is particularly valuable, additional proportionate verification may be required to protect both the winner and DR3AMS from fraud.

A winner must cooperate reasonably with these checks.

46. UNCLAIMED PRIZES

The winner notification will state any applicable claim deadline.

Where no specific deadline has been advertised, the winner will be given a reasonable period to respond and complete verification.

If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, fails to claim the Prize within the applicable period, refuses the Prize or fails eligibility verification, DR3AMS may select an alternative winner.

An alternative winner will be selected fairly using a process consistent with the original Competition.

47. PRIZE DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

Once verification has been completed, DR3AMS will arrange delivery, transfer or collection of the Prize.

The method will depend on the nature of the Prize.

Where a Prize requires collection, reasonable details will be provided to the winner.

Where delivery is expected to take materially longer than would normally be anticipated after the closing date, this will be communicated where required.

A winner must provide reasonable cooperation to enable the Prize to be transferred.

48. WINNER INFORMATION

DR3AMS wants customers to be able to see that real Competitions produce real winners.

Subject to applicable law and the winner’s rights, we may publish limited information confirming the outcome of a Competition.

This may include the winner’s first name, surname initial, broad geographical area, Prize, Competition and winning Entry number.

We will not routinely publish a winner’s full home address or unnecessary personal information.

49. WINNER PUBLICITY

We may invite winners to participate in photographs, videos, Prize handovers, social media content or other reasonable promotional activity.

Where participation is optional, we will make that clear.

If a particular Competition requires reasonable publicity as a condition of accepting the Prize, that requirement will be disclosed before Entry where necessary.

Any personal information used for publicity will also be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

Sections 50–61

Promotions and customer protection

Promotions, memberships, mindful play, spending controls, restrictions and prohibited behaviour.

50. PROMOTIONAL ENTRIES, DISCOUNTS AND CREDITS

DR3AMS may occasionally provide promotional Entries, account credit, vouchers, discount codes or similar offers.

Specific terms may apply to those promotions.

A promotion may have an expiry date, may apply only to certain Competitions and may be restricted to one use per customer.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, promotional credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Where a promotion has been obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts or deliberate misuse, we may withdraw it.

51. DR3AMS CLUB MEMBERSHIP

DR3AMS Club is an optional monthly membership operated by DR3AMS Digital Ltd. Membership provides DR3AMS Credit and other membership benefits for eligible Competitions on the DR3AMS website or app. Membership is separate from each Competition. It does not guarantee a win or give a member preferential treatment in winner selection. Competition Entries remain subject to these Terms and the terms shown on the relevant Competition Page.

Standard DR3AMS Club costs £25 per month. After each successful monthly membership payment, £30 of DR3AMS Credit is added automatically to the member’s wallet. Eligible Club Credit may be used towards qualifying Competition Entries. While the relevant membership benefits are active, the two times multiplier is available only on a qualifying order paid entirely with eligible Club Credit. For example, a £5 qualifying order at £1 per standard Entry earns ten Entries when the full £5 is paid with eligible Club Credit. The multiplier adds Entries, not money: £30 of credit remains £30 of credit. The standard plan also includes ten bonus ticket entitlements each paid month; those entitlements are not doubled by the multiplier. A Competition or promotion excluded from the credit-funded multiplier will say so before the member enters.

Founders 100 is limited to the first 100 eligible customers who successfully join. It costs £15 per month. After each successful monthly payment, £20 of DR3AMS Credit is added automatically. While its benefits are active, the two times multiplier is available on a qualifying order only when the full order is paid with eligible Founders 100 Credit. Members also receive ten promotional bonus Competition Entries each month while membership is active and the monthly payment has been collected. DR3AMS may choose the Competition or Competitions for those bonuses and will communicate the allocation through the account, website, app or another appropriate channel. A Founders card or any additional physical or promotional benefit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

There are at most 100 Founders 100 places. DR3AMS may decide whether to offer more once those places have been allocated. Founders 100 status and its founder rate last while membership remains active and required payments continue. When a Founders 100 membership ends after cancellation, the former member loses that status and cannot rejoin Founders 100, but may be able to join standard Club or another plan then available. DR3AMS may make a cancelled place available to someone else without exceeding the stated limit.

Club memberships renew monthly. The fee is automatically charged to the payment method registered to the member’s account unless the member cancels before the next payment falls due. The price, monthly credit allowance and main benefits are shown before the member confirms joining. After successful payment, the applicable credit and benefits are added. If a payment fails, DR3AMS may pause membership and withhold new credit, bonus Entries and membership benefits until payment succeeds. There is no cancellation fee.

DR3AMS Club Credit is stored and shown separately from an ordinary wallet balance. Unused valid Club Credit can remain in the account and accumulate with later monthly allocations; it does not need to be spent within the month it is issued. Club Credit has no cash value outside the DR3AMS platform and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, exchanged or refunded for its monetary equivalent, except where the law requires otherwise.

Each monthly Club Credit allocation expires 90 days after the date it is added. A later allocation does not extend the expiry date of an earlier one. Where possible, the oldest eligible credit is used first. Expired credit is removed from the available balance and cannot normally be reinstated. The expiry date for each allocation should be available in the member’s account or wallet.

The two times benefit applies to a qualifying order only when its full amount is paid with eligible Club Credit while the relevant membership benefits are active. It applies to standard Club and Founders 100 members on those terms. If any part of an order is paid with ordinary wallet funds or a card, the order receives the standard number of Entries. Where checkout offers combined payment, eligible Club Credit is applied first, followed by ordinary wallet funds and/or a card for any remaining amount. Bonus ticket entitlements and promotional bonus Competition Entries are separate from Club Credit and are not doubled by the multiplier. All Entries generated by a Club multiplier are valid Competition Entries governed by the relevant Competition Terms.

Members can cancel Club through their account or another cancellation method DR3AMS makes available. Cancellation stops future monthly charges. Unless the cancellation process states otherwise, the paid membership remains active, and its benefits continue, until the end of the period already paid for. At the end of that period, future monthly credit and membership-specific benefits, including the multiplier, stop. Cancellation does not itself remove valid credit already issued: each allocation remains available until its individual expiry date. Credit still held after membership ends does not receive a membership multiplier or other active-member benefit unless DR3AMS specifically says otherwise.

You cannot complete the standard account-closure process while valid DR3AMS Credit remains in your wallet. You may use the remaining credit or let it reach its expiry date. If you contact Customer Support and specifically request permanent account closure before that credit expires, DR3AMS may ask you to confirm that you understand that the remaining non-refundable credit will be forfeited, where the law permits.

DR3AMS will not prevent you from exercising a statutory right to end your relationship with DR3AMS or require you to keep paying for a membership because credit remains.

Founders 100 bonus Entries are promotional Entries, not money. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, transferred to another account or carried forward as monetary credit. The relevant Competitions and any expiry conditions will be communicated when bonuses are issued.

Cancelling Club stops future charges but does not automatically entitle a member to a refund for a membership period which has already started. Where credit or benefits have already been provided, refund requests are considered under these Terms and the member’s statutory rights. Nothing here limits cancellation, cooling-off, refund or other rights available under UK consumer law. Contact Support about an incorrect or duplicate payment so it can be investigated and corrected where appropriate.

DR3AMS may add membership features, rewards or promotional benefits. We will give reasonable notice before a material increase to the price or a material reduction to the main benefits of a paid membership. A member may cancel before the change takes effect. Changes to future benefits will not retrospectively reduce valid credit already added.

Membership and its credit, multiplier and promotional benefits are for the registered member’s personal use. DR3AMS may investigate or reasonably restrict membership benefits if it believes a customer is misusing the system, creating duplicate accounts for promotions, transferring or selling credit, manipulating multipliers or otherwise acting contrary to these Terms. Any suspension or account closure will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

52. MINDFUL PLAY

DR3AMS wants participation to remain affordable and enjoyable.

Customers should never spend more than they can comfortably afford.

We provide account controls designed to help customers manage their participation, including spending limits, account activity information, shorter pauses, temporary suspension, account closure and marketing controls.

Our Mindful Play information explains these facilities and provides links to independent support.

53. SPENDING CONTROLS

A £250 per month cap applies to credit-card payments. Credit cards are not accepted for instant-win competitions.

Customers may also choose a lower personal spending limit. A decrease takes effect immediately. An increase takes effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

A customer must not attempt to evade a protection control by creating another account, using somebody else’s account or providing false information.

Where we identify attempts to circumvent a protection control, we may restrict or close the relevant account.

54. TAKE A BREAK AND ACCOUNT RESTRICTION

You may request a shorter pause from paid participation for a defined period.

A customer-requested temporary suspension lasts for a minimum of six months. Its effect will be explained when it is applied and it cannot be shortened below that minimum period.

We may also temporarily restrict an account where we reasonably identify circumstances which raise concerns about customer welfare, fraud, security or verification.

A customer-protection restriction is intended to protect the customer and may not always be removed immediately upon request.

55. FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY

DR3AMS should never be used as a way to solve debt or financial difficulty.

Winning is never guaranteed.

Where a customer tells us that they are experiencing financial problems, we may provide information about independent support services and may consider whether account restrictions are appropriate.

Independent support information is available through our Mindful Play and financial support pages.

56. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOUR

You must use DR3AMS lawfully and fairly.

You must not manipulate a Competition, interfere with the website or app, exploit a vulnerability, use fraudulent payment information, impersonate another person or deliberately interfere with winner selection.

You must also not use bots, scripts or automated systems to generate Entries unless we expressly permit that method.

Collusion designed to circumvent Entry limits or other Competition rules is prohibited.

57. FRAUD AND MISUSE

Where we reasonably suspect fraud or serious misuse, we may investigate the relevant account and Entries.

During an investigation we may temporarily restrict an account, pause a Prize claim or request additional verification.

Where fraud or deliberate manipulation is established, we may invalidate affected Entries, close the account and take other proportionate action.

Where appropriate and lawful, information may also be shared with payment providers, law enforcement bodies or other relevant organisations.

We will not disqualify a genuine winner without reasonable grounds.

58. CHARGEBACKS

If you believe that a payment has been taken incorrectly, we encourage you to contact DR3AMS before beginning a chargeback so that we can investigate.

Where a chargeback is raised, we may provide the payment provider with relevant evidence relating to the transaction and Entries.

A genuine payment dispute will not by itself result in punishment.

However, deliberate or repeated misuse of the chargeback process may result in account restrictions.

59. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

We may temporarily suspend an account where this is reasonably necessary for identity verification, age verification, security, fraud investigation, customer protection, payment investigation or protection of Competition integrity.

Suspension does not automatically mean that wrongdoing has been established.

Where appropriate, we will explain what information or action is needed before the account can be reviewed.

60. CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT

You may request closure of your DR3AMS account.

Closing an account does not make a wallet top-up withdrawable as cash. The special provisions for closing an account while valid membership credit remains are in section 51. Any closure, forfeiture or restriction remains subject to your statutory rights.

Closing an account does not necessarily invalidate valid Entries which were accepted before closure.

We may retain information after closure where necessary for legal obligations, financial records, fraud prevention, complaints, Competition auditing or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Our Privacy Policy explains our data-retention approach.

61. TERMINATION BY DR3AMS

We may close an account where there has been a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, fraud, deliberate manipulation, misuse of customer-protection systems, significant security concerns or another legitimate reason which makes it inappropriate for us to continue providing the service.

Where possible and appropriate, we will act proportionately.

Nothing in this provision permits DR3AMS to avoid awarding a genuine Prize simply because we no longer wish to maintain an account.

Sections 62–74

Service, data and complaints

Availability, technical problems, intellectual property, third parties, data and complaints.

62. WEBSITE AND APP AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the DR3AMS website and app available and functioning reliably.

Online services can occasionally experience maintenance, software updates, payment outages, hosting problems or other technical disruption.

We therefore cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Where a technical failure affects a Competition, we will assess whether Entries or Competition integrity have been affected and take reasonable corrective action.

63. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS DURING PAYMENT

If the website or app appears to fail during checkout, you should check your account before attempting another payment.

Where your payment provider shows that money has been taken but the Entries are not visible, contact DR3AMS Support.

Our underlying payment and Entry records will be used to establish what occurred.

64. OBVIOUS ERRORS

Occasionally, an obvious typographical, display or technical error may appear on DR3AMS.

We may correct genuine errors.

Before doing so, we will consider whether the error was material and whether customers could reasonably have relied on it when deciding to enter.

We will not use an “error” provision as a general way to rewrite a Competition after customers have entered on clearly advertised terms.

65. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

DR3AMS will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control where the law allows.

Such circumstances could include major infrastructure failures, serious cyber incidents, natural disasters, widespread network disruption, government action or failure of an essential third-party service which could not reasonably have been avoided.

Where such an event affects a Competition, we will take reasonable steps to protect customers and preserve fairness.

66. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The DR3AMS name, branding, software, website, app, graphics, copy, designs and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to DR3AMS Digital Ltd.

You may use the website and app for your personal participation in DR3AMS.

You may not reproduce, scrape, copy, sell, commercially exploit or republish our content without permission except where the law permits.

67. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

We may use specialist third parties to provide payment processing, identity verification, hosting, communications, fraud prevention, analytics, Prize fulfilment and other services.

Using a third-party provider does not remove DR3AMS’ responsibility to operate its own Competitions in accordance with the commitments set out in these Terms.

Where you interact directly with a separate provider, that provider may also have its own terms.

68. PERSONAL DATA

We process personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, the lawful bases we rely on, who information may be shared with, how long it may be retained and the rights available to you.

Verification data, Entry records and winner information may need to be retained for legitimate legal, fraud-prevention and Competition-audit purposes.

69. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Where you have chosen to receive marketing, we may send information about DR3AMS Competitions, Prizes, promotions and related services.

You can change eligible marketing preferences through your account or by using the unsubscribe method contained in a marketing message.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending essential service communications about your account, Entries, payments, security or a Prize.

70. COOKIES

The DR3AMS website and app may use cookies and similar technologies.

Our Cookie Policy explains the technologies we use and their purpose.

Where consent is legally required for non-essential technologies, we will provide appropriate controls.

71. OUR LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability which cannot legally be excluded.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to those rights, DR3AMS will not be responsible for losses which were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract between us was formed.

Where you use DR3AMS as a consumer, we do not seek to exclude statutory rights which apply to you.

72. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right which the law says cannot be excluded or restricted.

If a provision in these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal protection available to you, that mandatory protection will take priority.

73. COMPLAINTS

If you are unhappy with an aspect of DR3AMS, you can make a complaint.

Complaints should be sent to [COMPLAINTS EMAIL] or submitted using the contact method stated in our Complaints Policy.

Please provide enough information for us to identify your account and understand what has happened.

We will investigate complaints fairly and aim to provide a clear response within the timescales stated in our Complaints Policy.

74. COMPLAINT ESCALATION

If you are unhappy with the initial outcome of your complaint, you may ask for it to be reviewed in accordance with our Complaints Policy.

Where an appropriate independent dispute-resolution option becomes available or applies to a particular issue, we will provide information about it where required.

Making a complaint does not remove your right to pursue a legal remedy through the courts where appropriate.
