Waiting to Draw explains what happens between entry closing and winner confirmation. No new entries are accepted during this stage, while the competition moves through reconciliation, locking, selection and verification.

Entry discrepancy window
Where a short discrepancy window is offered, it allows customers to report a previously confirmed entry that appears to be missing. It does not allow new entries after the competition has closed.
Report a genuine discrepancy promptly through Contact & Support and include the competition and order reference.

No hidden sales extension
A competition in Waiting to Draw is closed to new entries. It will not return to Live simply because sales were lower than expected.

Key stages are recorded so the progress from closure to winner confirmation can be reviewed.

When the result is available
After the provisional winner completes the required checks, the competition moves to the completed results archive. DR3AMS will contact the winner using the registered account details.
