How to Play

1. 1Create your DR3AMS account. DR3AMS requires all customers to be aged 18 or over. We may use electronic age or identity verification services and may require you to complete additional verification, including an identity document or biometric check, where reasonably necessary.
2. 2Browse live competitions and choose the prize you want to enter.
3. 3Read the prize details, closing time, entry limits and free-entry information.
4. 4Complete any required competition question or eligibility step.
5. 5Choose your paid entries, or follow the published free-entry method where available.
6. 6For paid entries, complete checkout. Your confirmed entries will appear in your account.
7. 7Track the competition until it closes and moves into the draw process.
8. 8Check the draw result or winner announcement. If you win, DR3AMS will contact you using your registered details.

• Check the competition closing time.
• Check any maximum entries per person.
• Check whether a cash alternative is available.
• Check any delivery, collection, travel or location restrictions.
• Set a personal spend limit that is comfortable for you.
• Credit-card payments are capped at £250 per month and are not accepted on instant-win competitions.
• A spend-limit decrease is immediate; an increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Prize draws are determined by chance. Buying more entries can increase the number of your entries in the draw, but it never guarantees a win.

Where a maximum entry pool is published, that gives you useful context about the largest possible field.

A paid entry is confirmed only after checkout completes successfully and the entry appears in DR3AMS records. Keep the order confirmation and check the relevant competition in your account.

A payment attempt, pending bank notification or item left in the basket is not by itself confirmation that an entry has been accepted.

Where a qualifying free-entry route applies, it will be shown before purchase and explained on the Free Entry Method page. Postal entries must follow the competition-specific instructions and arrive before the applicable deadline.

Check your account and order information first. If a confirmed payment or entry is missing, use the Contact & Support page promptly and include the competition and order reference.

Do not create repeated payments to correct a suspected error unless Customer Support confirms that the earlier attempt did not complete.

• Use DR3AMS Mindful Play tools if you want to reduce spending, pause participation, stop marketing or close your account.
• Shorter pauses are available. A customer-requested temporary suspension lasts for a minimum of six months.
