18+ & Eligibility Policy

1. Minimum age

DR3AMS requires all customers to be aged 18 or over. We may use electronic age or identity verification services and may require you to complete additional verification, including an identity document or biometric check, where reasonably necessary.

2. Residency

The launch territory must be stated clearly. Each competition page can add location restrictions where the prize, delivery, travel or legal position requires them.

3. Accurate details

Your legal name, date of birth, email, telephone number and address must be accurate and capable of verification.

Using another person's identity or an account you are not authorised to use may invalidate an entry.

4. Connected persons

The final Terms should define whether DR3AMS directors, employees, contractors, draw suppliers, prize suppliers and members of their immediate households can enter.

The safest operational approach is to exclude anyone able to influence a competition or draw.

5. Payment account ownership

DR3AMS may require the payer and account holder to be appropriately connected and may investigate unusual third-party payment activity.

6. Prize-specific eligibility

• Driving licence or insurance requirements for vehicles where relevant.
• Passport, visa, age or travel restrictions for holidays.
• UK bank account requirements for certain cash payments.
• Delivery or collection geography for physical prizes.
• Any legal restriction attached to a regulated or age-controlled prize.

7. Failed verification

If a provisional winner cannot demonstrate eligibility within the stated claim period, the entry may be declared invalid and the published redraw process followed.
