Winner & Prize Claim Process
What happens from provisional win to completed prize fulfilment.
This process applies to DR3AMS Digital Ltd trading as DR3AMS, its website, mobile app and related competition services.
1. Provisional winner selected
The draw system records the selected winning entry. At this stage the customer is a provisional winner until required checks are complete.
2. We contact you
DR3AMS uses the contact details registered to the winning account. We should use more than one reasonable contact method for high-value prizes where available.
3. Verification
- Identity and age.
- Address and launch-territory eligibility.
- Ownership of the DR3AMS account.
- Compliance with per-person entry limits.
- Any prize-specific eligibility requirement.
- Fraud, chargeback or payment concerns where relevant.
4. Claim period
The claim deadline should be stated in the competition terms. A reasonable reminder process should be used before a prize is treated as unclaimed.
5. Prize options
If the competition advertised a cash alternative, the winner can choose it in accordance with the stated terms. DR3AMS should not invent a lower-value alternative after the draw.
6. Delivery or collection
DR3AMS confirms the fulfilment method, timing and any documents required. Vehicle, travel, property and other high-value prizes need prize-specific handover procedures.
7. Public winner announcement
DR3AMS will publish or make available winner information only to the extent permitted or required by the applicable promotional rules and data-protection position.
The final process must be reviewed against CAP requirements.
8. Ineligible or unclaimed winner
If a provisional winner is ineligible or the prize becomes unclaimed under the published terms, DR3AMS follows the documented redraw or alternate-winner procedure and records the reason.
No informal winner changes
Every replacement winner should be traceable to a documented rule and auditable selection event.
