Refund & Cancellation Policy
How DR3AMS handles duplicate payments, technical failures, refunds and cancelled competitions.
This policy applies to DR3AMS Digital Ltd trading as DR3AMS, its website, mobile app and related competition services.
1. General approach
Competition entries are time-sensitive services linked to a specific draw. Refund entitlement can depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
DR3AMS will not use this policy to remove rights that customers have by law.
2. When we will investigate a refund
- You were charged more than once for the same intended order.
- Payment was taken but no valid entries were created.
- A technical error caused the wrong quantity or amount to be processed.
- DR3AMS cancels a competition.
- DR3AMS identifies an invalid transaction or service failure that warrants correction.
- A payment is reversed or refunded under applicable payment-provider or legal requirements.
3. Change of mind
The final legal position on cancellation rights for a confirmed competition entry must be settled before publication.
The live wording should explain clearly when performance begins, when an entry is allocated and any lawful effect on cancellation rights.
4. Cancelled competition
DR3AMS does not intend to cancel competitions because sales are lower than expected. If a competition must be cancelled for a genuine legal, technical or exceptional reason, customers with affected paid entries will be told what happens next and refunds will be handled in accordance with law and the competition terms.
5. Entry removed after fraud or ineligibility
Where an entry is void because a customer breached the Terms, a refund is not automatically due. The outcome will depend on the reason, applicable law and payment rules.
6. Refund method
Approved refunds should normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the provider and bank.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a payment is wrong, contact DR3AMS first where practical so we can investigate.
A chargeback does not determine whether an entry was valid or whether a customer complied with the Terms, and DR3AMS may provide relevant transaction evidence to the payment provider.
